Ivana Štulić

Graduated with a Master in Applied Positive Psychology at Anglia-Ruskin University in Cambridge, she develops her skills especially in the educational field, obtaining numerous certifications.

Her career began as a consultant at Deloitte, then she moved on to Assicurazioni Generali, up to the experience of Trainer at "Anglo-Adria management consulting".

In 2016 she founded IS-KORAK, of which she is also CEO, with the purposes of Training, Coaching and Business Consulting.

Miranda Saulic

Life coach cerificate issued in Zagreb.

She began her career as a freelance translator to soon move on to teaching and training. Passionate about people management and organizational development  she has currently held the role of HR Consultant and Trainer since 2012 in various multicultural companies around Europe.

Mirjana Aleksic

With a Master in Educational Sciences, she obtained numerous certifications such as Gestalt life and business Coach, Practitioner of Aspectics®, PEAT®, HBDI®-Whole Brain technology.

She performs the function of liaison interpreter and specialized translator and delivers trainings in Croatian, Italian, English and German.

She began her career as Training Specialist for WashTec srl, becoming then Trainer for human resources development at Infinity-Unconventional Education srl and later on working as partner for some of the major Italian businesses in the sector.

She is currently a Senior Consultant for Training and Human Resource Development for dot. - a company for management consulting, of which she is the owner and managing director.

Nikša Ilovic

He is Master of Science in Information Science (MSIS) at Faculty of organization and informatics in Varaždin, Croatia.

Nikša has 25 years of professional experience. In his career he had the opportunity to lead teams in several international corporations, like SAS Institute and Banca Intesa. Since 2020 he runs his own company, focusing mainly on business development topics such as strategy development, digital transformation and business analytics.

Biljana Pešić

She is a business trainer and consultant with over 8 years of experience in business skills training, with a focus on strategic leadership, change management and sales.

Biljana has 15 years of professional experience in the banking sector (Raiffeisen Bank, Procredit Bank, Erste Bank, Société Générale) during which she held various operational and management roles.

Darko Mirkovic

In professional circles, Darko Mirkovic is recognized as an entrepreneur and consultant, as well as a brilliant coach with substantial practical knowledge.
Darko has built his career in companies with an outstanding reputation. During his experience at Raiffeisen Bank he has successfully performed all functions of a Regional Coordinator and Head of Mortgage Sales.

After a successful engagement in Raiffeisen Bank he moved to Generali Assicurazioni and acquired the position of Regional Director.

Today he is CEO of the education company he founded himself.

Dragan Petrović

and Mokra Gora School of Management, as a trainer and a COO. Since 2019 founded
Beezy Edu lab, a management consulting project involved with change and growth
of individuals and organizations through education. Experienced in change

Juraj Skalský

Snežana Ďuricova

Snezana spent the part of her career in multinational corporations operating in IT, finance and telecommunications  (Slovak Telekom, Zurich Insurance, IBM) on various HR positions.

As a senior consultant in Maxman Consultants she specialises in development programs for managers and their teams, facilitation skills, HR consulting. She brings her managerial experience to our clients in projects focused on leadership development, organizational development, talent management. Aaron Marko

Graduated in Computer Sciences with a specialization in Software Development, he began his career at IBM as a Sales & Marketing Manager. He then moved to Microsoft as Country General Manager for Slovenia and later as Regional Director for Eastern Europe.

In 2002 he brought the Franchise "Gustav Käser Training Intl.", a company with a training purpose operating in the Education sector, to expansion in Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia, Romania and India.

In June 2019 he co-founded "Hansen Beck" for which he is a senior partner, trainer and coach.

Mihael Babič

With a Masters in Business Administration, he had the opportunity to explore different professional realities in his career.

In May 2019 he founded his own Business Consulting firm, intending to develop a program for management and employees to face the challenges of strategic planning (orientation and coordination).

He also assists management and employees in identifying key factors and overcoming obstacles. He also develops various training courses and workshops for different players in the market.

Attila Hürkecz

Attila Hürkecz is recognized as management consultant and change management specialist, trainer with more than 9 years of experience in the Banking sector. Started his career as an internal consultant at FHB Commercial Bank Ltd. After leaving the bank Attila joined to an international Consultancy Firm called Horváth & partners Llp., originated in Germany, of which he is now professional partner.

Attila has more than 10 years of experience as lecturer at Rajk László College for Advanced Studies, College of Corvinus University of Budapest. Fields of interest: strategy and performance management.

He is currently co-founder and managing director of Nexzt-Online Ltd., focusing on delivering digital, gamified software solutions supporting HR processes like recruiting, onboarding, knowledge-development, training.

Gabriella Peuker

She is a highly qualified and certified soft skill trainer and internationally accredited coach (by European Mentoring and Coaching Council), with also 15 years of experience in OD and L&D. She has worked with dozens of organizations in their change management processes. She helped organizations identify their developmental needs and perform these programs on different levels and aspects (leaders, teams, experts, IT and HR personnel).

She has extensive experience working with groups, teams, and leaders in various soft skill topics delivering training, facilitating workshops, team- and individual coaching. She has been working in several markets, such as in the Banking and Financial market.
