Graduated in Statistics with full marks from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. Awarded the "Agostino Gemelli" academic prize as the best student of the School, he began his career while studying in the world of market research, giving life to the first electronic survey of household consumption as early as 1991 by transferring a learned system to Italy during a work experience in the Netherlands.
He has worked for over 10 years in IT distribution in national and international realities, covering managerial roles in the field of sales and marketing, building and managing sales networks both based on human resources and points of sale in the B2B and B2C world.
After this experience he entered the world of financial consultancy networks covering consultancy and managerial roles in various national and international realities and then from 2010 dealing exclusively with training and consultancy aspects in the banking and insurance world.
Since 2011 he has also been involved in sports management both in the product and management fields and in athletes.
